As an administrator, you set up users, workspaces, see where and team members check in and out, and quickly generate reports.

The quickest way to understand how easy Nuba is is to create a seat and try checking in and out yourself.Log in to nuba.se with your mobile number and the password you received via text message when you registered.
Start by adding the location where you are right now.
- Log in and click on the ”Places and activities” tab.
- Click on ”Add” and you will see a form on the right that you can use to add a new location.
- Write the name of the site and the SME code (e.g. first 2 letters of the name).
- Click on the small map and enter your current address in the field at the top. Choose the right address, check on a map that it is in the right geographical location. Click on ”OK” Click on save.
Download the app and log in. Check in to the site you just created.
Now you can, when you log in to nuba.se see under the ”Home” tab see, how your check-in is registered on a map with times etc. You may have to reload the page to see the information.
Check out.
If you now reload the website, you will see that your status has changed to ”checked out” and your map marker has turned red. Green markers mean checked in and red markers mean checked out.
Now you have Nuba under control!
Now you just need to add the people who will report their time and the places where they will work.
As soon as you have entered an employee’s mobile phone number, he or she will receive info via SMS and can start using Nuba right away!
