Frequently asked price questions
What is meant by ”active user”?
– An active user is someone who has checked in or out at least once during a calendar month, or who has the role of ”administrator”. A user who is inactive for a full calendar month is free of charge, as you only ever pay for the users who use Nuba.
How does the price table above work?
– It is simple. Let’s say you have 16 active users in a month, you pay 16 x €98 = €1,568.
What happens to my account after the free period?
– Try Nuba for free for 30 days. You are under no obligation to make a purchase and we do not ask for any card details. After the trial period, you decide whether you want to continue or not. You will receive an SMS two days before the end of your trial period. If you do not contact us and let us know that you want to continue, your account will be terminated automatically.
Is support included in the monthly price?
– Of course it is. Both by phone and email. If you need a briefing or help to get started, we can arrange this over the phone or by visiting you on site at Nuba.
What is the cost of subcontractors (UE)?
– For users set up as ”subcontractors”, you pay half the price per active user per month. For example, you are 22 active users (including UE) in a month. Then you pay 38.50 per active UE
Do I need a credit card to create an account?
– No, if you choose to continue after the free period, you will pay by invoice, monthly in arrears when we see how many active users you have.
