Administrators being able to see when and where staff have checked in and out has always been a feature of Nuba. Now we’ve added the ability for users to see who is working. We have done this to facilitate and streamline cooperation for your company. You can read more about the benefits and settings here.

Different look for users and administrators
Settings
”Currently working” is turned on and off or restricted so that users can only see other users when they are checked in. In addition, users themselves can hide their status from other users but not from administrators in the app.
To turn on/off or restrict for the whole company:
Log in to nuba.se as an administrator. Under ”Settings” – ”Company settings”. At the bottom is ”Users can see who is working”. Then select close/set or ”If checked in” If this option is set, users can only see who is working when they are checked in.
To hide their status from other users:
The app allows users to hide their status. This is done under ’Settings’ – ’Account settings’.
If you choose to hide your status, you cannot see the status of others.
