When you arrive at your workplace, you quickly check in with a simple tap, and you check out the same way when you leave.
The phone’s location is recorded during check-in and check-out, and if it occurs from the wrong location, the administrator will see this. The administrator can also configure the system to require check-in and check-out from the correct location.
During your workperiod, you can write a note that will be linked to the current shift when you check out.
Automatic location-based time tracking
With automatic check-in and check-out enabled, you are checked in when you arrive and checked out when you leave, completely automatically. Users don’t even need to take out their phone to report accurate working hours or manage their staff ledger.
Alternatively, you can receive a notification reminding you to check in or out when you arrive at or leave your workplace.
Tap NFC tags
Check-in and check-out are done by holding your phone up to the tag. It works the same way as when you pay in a store.
The tags are placed so you can easily see them when you arrive at or leave the workplace.
To avoid errors, location is captured during check-in and check-out with the NFC tag.
The tags are based on NFC (near field communication) and you can easily order them from our website.

Normally, users cannot report time via the web because we cannot register the current location during check-in and check-out.
The administrator can grant permission to individual users to create their shifts on the web by logging in to nuba.se from a computer or mobile device. With this option, they can modify or register times after the fact.
On clock-in and clock-out
Set up an iPad at the entrance so users can easily check in and out.
To simplify your administration, there is also the option to allow users to register themselves on the iPad. This can be useful if you have a lot of people coming and going.
