Register a business account

The first thing you do is register your company account in Nuba. It’s simple and you get a free 30-day trial.

Set up workplace & users

Once the account is created, you will receive an SMS with a password. Then you log in to nuba.se from a computer and set up one or more workplaces.

Punch in and out

Now you’re ready to start. Users manage the staff ledger by checking in and out with their mobile app. If they want, they can turn on automatic check-in and check-out.

Current status

Those who are administrators in Nuba can always see who is checked in right now in the app or on the web.

During tax authority inspection visits

When the tax authority comes for an inspection, any of the checked-in users can easily show the staff ledger on their mobile.
