Observer – stay informed when your contractor is on site

As an observer, you know when someone checks in or out at your location.

You can see when users check in or out and you can generate reports showing worked hours. There’s also the option to receive an SMS when someone checks in or out.

To become an observer, an administrator in Nuba must add your mobile number to your location or locations.

As a new observer, you’ll receive an SMS with a password. You use the password together with your mobile number to log in as an observer.

As an observer, you may have permission to see:

• Images uploaded at your location
• Summary with total hours for each user who has reported time
• Change settings to turn SMS functionality on or off (requires admin to have enabled the service)
• Reliable data from your digital time clock
